Ferrari CEO Reveals Key Distinction for EVs Compared to Tesla

In a recent interview with CNBC, Ferrari's CEO, Benedetto Vigna, unveiled a crucial difference between Ferrari's upcoming EVs and those produced by Tesla. While EVs are often associated with silence due to their electric motors, Vigna emphasized that Ferrari's electric cars will not adhere to this trend.

"Electric cars are not silent," Vigna asserted, highlighting the potential for innovation within electric vehicle technology. He explained, "If you know the technology, you know you can do a lot of things also with electric cars."

Vigna's vision for Ferrari's EVs revolves around maintaining the brand's signature experience, which includes the audible presence of the vehicle. Unlike many EVs currently on the market that employ noise-making systems to alert pedestrians, Ferrari aims to uphold its legacy of delivering emotionally charged driving experiences.
